Re 'A Magical Christmas Concert with Russell Watson'
at the Royal Festival Hall |

Dear Annie
On behalf of Fleur and I, I just wanted to send my sincere thanks to you and Capital Voices for helping to make Tuesday's concert such a special and memorable event.
Please pass on our appreciation to the singers, who did an absolutely amazing job.
The feedback from Huawei has been wonderful and I'm told that everyone has been raving about the performance.
Good luck with everything you do in 2012 and I hope you have a wonderful Christmas.
Best wishes,

Re 'The Wonderful World of Captain Beaky' at The Royal Albert Hall |

Dear Friends,
Thank you all so much for making our time together over the past few days such fun. Orchestrating a Gala Event at the Royal Albert Hall is bit like doing one’s own root-canal work. Without the drugs…
But you were all so patient and supportive and the end result was absolutely tip-top. Everyone has commented on how well the evening went and what an entertaining concert it was. Jeremy called it the highlight of his life…
I hope we made a great deal of money for UNICEF – I’m sure the Royal Albert Hall will let us know the final figure in due course.
In the meantime, thank you for your time, talent and, above all, love.
I hope you have a very happy Christmas and I greatly look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

Hi Anne,
I wonder if you can help me. I luckily
managed to catch the Capital Voices
rendition of "On The Atchison,
Topeka & Santa Fe" on Radio2
last Friday - I have to say I was absolutely
blown away by it. I am not usually a
big fan of that genre of music byt thanks
to you guys I am a true convert. I wanted
to write and say thank you for opening
my eyes (or perhaps my ears & mind!)
and also to ask where I could get hold
of the recording - can it be purchased?
Once again - many thanks - I was humming
and singing the song to myself all weekend
with a smile on my face!
Very best regards

'Thank You For The Music', Hyde Park |

Hi Annie and all of you,
Just wanted to write and say 'thank
you' to all of you properly for the
concert on Sunday. As always, you did
a fantastic job.
I've said it to you before, but it's
worth repeating. On a concert like this,
when there are so many elements and
artists, it is absolutely wonderful
for me to be able to know that you guys
are there - and on it. Your musicianship,
discipline and attitude mean a great
deal to me. You give these events immediate
class and authority and me personally
huge confidence. I know I can rely on
you to justdoit - brilliantly, quickly
and without drama. It also makes a massive
difference to incoming artists when
they hear you. The immediate impact
on them is 'Ah! This is a production
that knows what it's doing', and of
course, it usually means they realise
they can't muck about either!
The reaction to the concert has been
extraordinary. We have had hundreds
of e-mails of appreciation with people
telling us about their experiences.
Among them, people who were so moved
by it that they wept tears of joy; people
who felt they'd sung and danced with
36,000 friends; people who've told me
that the London Underground was ringing
with the sound of ABBA songs as folk
made their way home; tales of round
trip journeys of 400 miles or more to
see it with tired children sleeping
in the back on the way home; people
remembering when they'd first seen ABBA
and getting all misty eyed about lifting
their children on to their shoulders
and hearing them start singing along.
Endless accounts of celebrations and
special occassions marked with a pair
of tickets to see the show; and more
uses of the words 'Amazing' and 'Fantastic'
than I've ever seen. In short, the show
made 36,000 people in the park and hundreds
of thousands listening at home very,
very happy and in the end that's what
its all about really - isn't it?
So thank you Annie - and thank you Capital
Voices. I'm very lucky and proud to
be working with you.
Much love.

Just
want to say how much I enjoyed you and
Emma.
You were both truly phenomenal.
You looked stunning as well - beautiful
sparkly dresses - totally fell in love
with them.
What a truly fantastic evening - can't
fault.
Loved Lulu,Chaka Khan the best.
Chris Evans was a brilliant host.
35000 people - wow!
Cast of Mamma Mia were phenomenal as
well - they do 10 shows a week and Sunday
is their only day off and they do this
gig on their day off - what troopers!!
Many congratulations again.
I hope you're both well and happy.

Meeting the choir and then hearing the
quality of work you were able to achieve

A HUGE THANK YOU FOR TODAY.
It was an absolute pleasure to work
with you all, and, hey, how often do
you get to work with a choir that big
and get to do whatever you like with
them?
You made it all seem incredibly easy,
(even with lights going out!??) and
having had a sleepless night the day
before wondering if it was even going
to be possible I knew within a few seconds
of starting that I was in very very
safe, secure and rather inspired hands.
So thank you indeed.
I really hope I get to see you and work
with you again, and if anyone needs
insane vocals arrangements doing, please
ask. I'd love to do more.
Have a great week, and thank you thank
you. You made my day...and all at the

such a stunning job for me last week

You and all your team were not only
excellent musically, but such lovely
people and made a very long day enormously
enjoyable. It is no surprise to me that
you are as busy and as successful as
you are. I know that some of the material
was quite challenging, but did not cause

was most impressive.
Although I knew most of the singers

we achieved the best possible results.
Thanks again Anne and I look forward

Mike Doyle TV special - HTV Wales |

Dear Annie,
Thanks for your wonderful contribution to
the success of our Mike Doyle show. You
and your teams make such a difference. It's
not just the music and the movement and
the look, it's that sense of all-round professionalism.
It's one of the joys of the edit suite:
whenever we look to see what you're all
up to when you're in the background of shots,
without fail you're always taking part -
listening, laughing, poised, involved. Thanks.
You'll be interested and amused to know
that its transmission on March 1st was delayed
by 90 minutes because of ITV's coverage
of the Manchester Utd. game. As a consequence
when Mike was saying "Enjoy what's
left of St. David's Day," it was in
fact already March 2nd (about 20 past midnight).
But it still got a good audience, and HTV
were so pleased with it that they repeated
it three nights later (a good Saturday evening
slot) when it got a fantastic audience and
lots of great reaction. So it's a hit twice
over, and we're mindful of the debt of gratitude
we owe to you, Kate and Mick for helping
to make it so.
Thanks and warm good wishes
Yours sincerely,
