BBC Radio 2 broadcasts with the BBC Concert Orchestra include The Olivier Awards, a Jerry Herman Gala, ‘An Evening with Jason Robert Brown’, tributes to Cy Coleman, Marvin Hamlisch and Tony Hatch, ‘The Best of British’ with Elaine Paige, ‘Dance Passion’ with Arlene Philips, ‘Thank You For The Music’ and ‘Elvis Forever’, live from Hyde Park and ‘It’s a Kind of Magic – The Story of Queen’, live from Malta.
Chart singles include Robbie Williams’ ‘Feel’ and Cliff Richard’s ‘Millennium Prayer’. Albums include Jose Carreras’ ‘Pure Passion’, Robbie Williams’ ‘Swings Both Ways’, ‘Symphonic Elvis’, ‘Symphonic Orbison’, Tom Fletcher’s ‘Christmasaurus’, Sarah Brightman’s ‘Winter Symphony’ and Joe Stilgoe’s ‘Theatre’. Capital Voices have also provided live backing vocals for Beyoncé, George Michael, The Jacksons, Cyndi Lauper, Katherine Jenkins, Craig David, Take That, Annie Lennox, Lionel Richie, Gloria Estefan, Meatloaf, The Bee Gees and Elton John.
Capital Voices soloists have appeared with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, the RTE Orchestra and the Ulster Orchestra in ‘Abba Symphonic Spectacular’ and ‘Disco Symphonic Spectacular’, in ‘Cole Porter Classics’ at the Royal Festival Hall for Raymond Gubbay Ltd and in ‘Symphonic 70’s’, ‘The Hallé Goes to Nashville’ and ‘Latin Fiesta!’ with the Hallé Orchestra. Other concert work includes the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra’s ‘Symphonic Queen’ and ‘Symphonic Rock’ at the Royal Albert Hall and ‘Symphonic Beatles’ with the London Concert Orchestra at the London Coliseum. Capital Voices have provided backing vocals for Michael Ball's UK tours, Susan Boyle’s UK and American tours, and UK concert tours of ‘Ministry of Sound - The Annual Classical’ and ‘Now That’s What I Call the 80’s’. They provided the choirs for the Commonwealth Day Service 2022 at Westminster Abbey, Russell Watson’s Diamond Jubilee tour and ITV special, Lesley Garrett’s summer concerts and Wembley Arena performances of ‘The Legend of Zelda’ and ‘Game of Thrones’.
Stage engagements include the West End productions of ‘Grease’ and ‘Hair’, ‘The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber’ and Scandinavian tours of ‘Fame!’ and ‘The Magic of Broadway’.
